Refund Policy

1. Demo Class

Students are encouraged to attend the demo class before enrolling.
The demo class allows students and parents to evaluate the teaching methodology before making any payment.

2. No Refund After Enrollment (Important)

IMPORTANT: After attending the demo class, payment of the first month's fee confirms your admission. This fee is non-refundable. However, subject to institute approval, it may be adjusted toward another eligible batch or course. By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy.

Policy:

Once the student has attended the demo class and chooses to enroll by paying the first month's fee, the payment is considered confirmation of admission.
The first month's fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This amount cannot be refunded due to change of mind, lack of interest, schedule issues, personal reasons, or any other reason.

3. Fee Adjustment Policy

If a student decides to change to another batch, course, or subject offered by JEE Math Coaching (subject to availability and approval), the amount already paid may be adjusted.
Adjustment is allowed only at the sole discretion of the institute.
Cash refunds will not be provided.

4. Cancellation by Student

Students may discontinue classes at any time.
However, fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable.
Future months' fees need not be paid if the student discontinues.

5. Cancellation by Institute

If the institute cancels a course before it begins and no alternative batch is available, an appropriate refund or fee adjustment may be considered.
If an alternative batch is available, the student may be shifted instead of receiving a refund.

6. Technical Issues

Refunds will not be granted for internet problems, power outages, device issues, or technical problems at the student's end.
Reasonable support will be provided whenever possible.

We recommend a stable internet connection and a tested device before every class to avoid disruptions.
